#Step 1: fasting training

The first step is to do a short HIIT-like exercise in the morning from Monday to Friday.

HIIT helps reduce body fat levels.

From what I have been able to research, the best exercises to help lose weight are high intensity exercises (HIIT) performed for a few minutes.

Basically it is working for a few minutes at an intensity of + 85% of your possibilities with a VERY short rest, 10-15 sec.

Let's see an example:

We do 1 exercise for 2 minutes and rest 10-15 seconds and do another exercise until completing the total time.

  • HIIT Monday: 10 minutes of warm-up exercises (each one is free to choose. I, for example, like to do a little running) + HIIT of 8 intense minutes (push-ups - squat with your weight - rope jumps) + 10 ´ of desheating to choose.
  • HIIT Wednesday: 10 'warm-up of your choice + HIIT of 10 min. intense (burpees - sit-ups) + 10 'of disheating to choose (a jog on foot, a little exercise bike, walking, etc)
  • HIIT Friday: 10 'warm-up to choose + HIIT of 10 min. intense (skiping - push-ups - squat jumps) + 10 minutes of disheating.

#Step 2: After training detox shake

This step is one of the most important, since from what I have been able to read on various websites, many people are unable to lose weight because they do not perform the " after training " well.

I have proposed the following type of diet to help us lose weight: _

  • Right after training: detox shake (I 'm sure you already know them) + coffee or green tea ( everyone chooses what they like best, and without sugar, of course).
  • 2 Hours later: lunch of proteins such as fresh cheese, turkey breast, etc., with a little whole wheat bread or rice or corn pancakes.
  • Lunch and dinner: everyone usually eats at home. Here I have only proposed one technique: 40% vegetables, 40% proteins and 20% carbohydrates.
  • Drink during the day: 1.5 liters of water. We try to be well hydrated throughout the day and according to experts it helps to burn fat.

The truth is that detox shakes I think are helping us to lose weight little by little and they are also VERY healthy.
